- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor day-to-day alarm activities, including securing buildings and responding to alarm calls.
- Inspect and assess the facility periodically
- Document security, safety, and maintenance issues.
- Assist all team members in a time of need to the best of their ability.
- Practice safety in all aspects of the job and participate in safety improvement programs.
- Look for Safety Issues with equipment and processes
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Work closely with office management to identify and resolve security issues or concerns.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Must be readily able to respond to emergencies
- High School diploma or GED required
- Six or more months of related experience are required.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and physical at the time of hire and randomly after that.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
